By now we have our blog figured out, we have picked our mentors, ans we are feeling pretty confident about out skills that we will soon be available to utilize.
I coach Realtors one and one and the greatest obstacle I finally get them to admit is fear and rejection. When we work through these my clients add another closing or more a week to their sales, as well as two more listings. It;s mindset. If anyone ever needs a technique coach which works every single angle and approach, including RGM, to more than they can keep up with you need to talk to me. Some of my people I coach have become quite wealthy. They have had stuck of not getting out of that slump of not making over 75,000 a years. We start from scratch, and watch out. I have been reading a lot of Dr. Joe Vitale lately and I really like his approach. When he hears someone complain or whine he finds a solution or way to profit from it.
I have rules that when I work can never be approached, or talked about, or displayed.
1. I do not want to hear anyone else whine about the poor mes. Do something about it.
2.I will never be interrputed unless it is an important call from my son. This breaks the momentum your building.
3. I will not allow others to put others down in front of them, cat fight, or quarrel. No need at all for this.
4. I demand input from team members on how to always perfect and always be one step ahead.
Pretty simple. I may coach inexpensively, effectively,but with 23 years of sales, and thousands closings I know what,who,where,when, and why they need you. Grab your market, embrace it, Because it is yours!
