When you walk on the ice around a lake now in the Lake Country you can see all the other Waukesha County lake homes and the subject lot you are interested will clearly display the home without any growth, piers, and traffic. Add into that affordable homes, great rates, and a wonderful selection and you quickly realize that this really is a great time to buy one of the

It's hard for me to look at a seller and say "You are great people, but we are not on the same page. I need to give you your listing back if we can't roll up our sleeves together and work towards the same common objective."
