Being a past Wisconsin farmer for awhile, as well as getting into bee keeping I have always liked the cycle that the Earth made every year in Wisconsin. With the World taking on exponential responsiblities, and the global impact that hits all too close to home each day it is necessary to take a step back and realize the responsiblity we hand down to our children. Happy Earth Day  to all. Earth Day  was an idea put into action by a Wisconsin  Senator. A definition can be simplified by looking at the origin from Wikipedia "In September 1969 at a conference in Seattle, Washington, U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson of Wisconsin announced that in spring 1970 there would be a nationwide grassroots demonstration on the environment. This occurred during a time of great concern about overpopulation and when there was a strong movement towards "Zero Population Growth."
